Service- and Repair Parts
For the maintenance of glass-lined steel equipment exposed to corrosive service, Tantec supplies tantalum repair and replacement parts. The range extends from turned parts, bolts and nuts to caps, curved cover discs and internal and external nozzle sleeves.
On glass-lined steel equipment, repair sleeves can be fitted to damaged nozzles. Curved discs, caps and sheets are used to cover damaged areas inside the equipment. Custom parts are manufactured to drawings, specified dimensions or the particular installation geometry.
Selected components in standard dimensions are available from stock. For urgent requirements, certain repair parts can be produced through our 24-hour manufacturing service. Frequently required replacement parts can also be held in stock by prior arrangement.
Tantec manufactures the tantalum components required for these repairs. Repairs to the glass lining itself are not included in our scope of services. Where required, Tantec can put customers in contact with suitable specialist contractors.
