Internals
Internals are components installed inside reactors, vessels and columns. These include agitators, agitator shafts, support rings, liquid distributors and other components designed to suit the respective equipment.
Depending on the design basis and the mechanical loads involved, Tantec manufactures these components either from solid tantalum or as tantalum-clad constructions. For example, stainless steel shafts can be clad with tantalum, while agitator blades and connecting elements are made entirely from solid tantalum.
We supply both individual components and coordinated assemblies. The decisive factors are the process requirements, the installation conditions and the interfaces with the surrounding equipment.
