Hairpin heat exchangers
Hairpin heat exchangers combine a compact design with high corrosion resistance. They are suitable for installations with limited space and for processes in which both the tube side and the shell side must be resistant to the respective process media.
Different material configurations are available for the head and shell: carbon steel or stainless steel on the head side, and glass, glass-lined steel or tantalum-clad steel on the shell side. Tubes, tube sheets, baffles, linings and connections are designed to suit the specified operating conditions.
