Piping Systems
In corrosive plants, not only the main process equipment but also the piping, transitions and connections between them must provide lasting corrosion resistance. Tantec supplies individual piping components, spools and fittings such as elbows. Expansion joints can also be incorporated where required.
A particular feature is the three-dimensional piping spools developed by Tantec. These allow the number of flanged joints along the piping isometric to be reduced. This decreases both the number of potential leakage points and the time required for installation, removal and periodic inspections.
Our piping systems consist of a pressure-retaining outer shell made of carbon steel or stainless steel and a vacuum-resistant tantalum lining.
