Tantec supplies tantalum semi-finished products for equipment manufacturing, the repair of glass-lined components and further industrial processing. Our range includes tubes, sheets, foils, round bars and prepared cut-to-size pieces in the dimensions required for subsequent processing.
Depending on the mechanical loads and manufacturing requirements, both unalloyed tantalum and tantalum alloyed with 2.5% tungsten are available. Material grade, dimensions and product form are selected according to the design requirements of the finished component.
Tantec also manufactures blanks and preforms to drawings or specified dimensions. In addition to industrial semi-finished products, these include solid tantalum blanks for jewellery designers, serving as the basis for custom-made rings and other pieces of jewellery .
